How does it work for users?
The tool guidesĀ users through a series of steps that result in the production of a specification document that they can use to initiate their projects.
The basic steps are:
- Set up an account (verify email address)
- Complete profile informationĀ - it is used in the introduction area of the resulting documentation
- Sections and Detail items
- Sections: individual areas within your overall topic
- Detail items: Individual line items of detail wich visitors rule in or out and determine level of importance to them
- Saving and returning to their work
- New areas
- Completing all of the sections and line items – and triggering the document generation
- They can also return to make changes later
- You will get notified about each completion (you are also responsible for the ethical use of the information)
